Collection can be Thursday - Friday between 10am-6pm

Saturday between 10am-3pm

Collection time must be confirmed 48 hours before the collection date!

Unfortunately we are unable to cater to allergens or intolerances. If you have any allergens or intolerances please notify us BEFORE you pay your deposit as we will not be able to fulfil your order. We are based in a domestic kitchen so we can not guarantee any cross contamination. Our kitchen handles all of the following GLUTEN, DAIRY, EGGS, SOY, FISH, NUTS, PEANUTS, SESAME, MILK, SULPHUR DIOXIDE. If you are gifting an item please ensure you check if the recipient has any allergies however all items are labelled. Please contact us if you have any queries BEFORE placing your order or consuming our products.

Cake Care - Please travel with your cake in the footwell or the boot so it stays flat. Please do not put the cake on the seat or on someones knee.

Please ensure the cake is stored in the fridge until the event.

Flowers - To keep your flowers fresh and beautiful, start by trimming the stems at a 45-degree angle before placing them in a clean vase with fresh water.

Change the water every two days, and re-trim the stems as needed. Keep your flowers in a cool, shaded area, away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts.
